Product Description
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide derived from the N-terminal fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH 4-10). Research models show it rapidly upregulates BDNF and NGF in the hippocampus and cortex, and modulates enkephalin degradation. It is used experimentally in Russia for stroke recovery and cognitive research endpoints, and remains a standard investigational tool for neurotrophic pathway research.
