What personal data LifeSpanSupply collects, why we collect it, which service providers process it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Lifespan Supply Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 (“LifeSpanSupply”, “we”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
Contact for privacy questions: info@lifespansupply.com. We have not appointed a separate data protection officer; this address handles all privacy requests.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you give us and some technical data that your browser sends automatically.
- Orders: name, email, phone, shipping address and billing details.
- Account: name, email and login details. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account details that Google shares with us (such as your name and email) to create or open your account.
- Payments: PayPal processes your payment. Card details go to PayPal directly. We do not store card details on our servers.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- AI peptide assistant: the questions you type and, if you fill it in, the optional research profile (age, gender, weight, height, experience, goals, notes).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location.
3. How we use your data
We use your data only for these purposes:
- To process and deliver orders and to send order updates and customer service emails.
- To run your account and the LifeSpan Circle loyalty program.
- To send a reminder email when a checkout is not completed. We send at most one reminder per abandoned cart.
- To send newsletters if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To answer your questions in the AI assistant and through the contact form.
- To secure the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. AI peptide assistant
Your assistant messages, and your research profile if you filled it in, go to Anthropic to generate the reply. Your research profile stays in your browser storage on your device. You can delete it by clearing your browser storage.
We use your IP address to limit how many messages one visitor can send in five minutes. Do not type health records or other sensitive personal data into the assistant.
7. International transfers
Some service providers process data outside your country of residence. For these transfers we rely on the safeguards that applicable data-protection law requires, such as the service providers’ contractual data-protection terms.
8. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as accounting and legal rules require (typically 7 years). We keep account data until you ask us to delete it. After that, we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, PDPA and others), you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email info@lifespansupply.com.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to place an order.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its “Last updated” date.
