The agreement between Lifespan Supply Pte. Ltd. and you.

These terms govern your use of lifespansupply.com and your purchase of products from Lifespan Supply Pte. Ltd. (“Lifespan Supply”, “we”). By placing an order, you agree to all of the following.
All peptides sold by Lifespan Supply are research chemicals sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research and forensic applications. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements and are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or any therapeutic purpose. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional and accept full responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and use.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to place an order. You must have legal authority to enter into this agreement and to receive the products at the shipping address you provide.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, and to limit order quantities. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details on our servers.
We ship worldwide subject to applicable laws. You are responsible for confirming that import of research peptides into your jurisdiction is lawful and for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that apply. Estimated delivery times are indicative; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.
All site content — text, imagery, logos, product descriptions, brand narratives, and the peptide AI assistant — is owned by Lifespan Supply or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifespan Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with a “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We take privacy seriously. This section explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
When you place an order or create an account, we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone, shipping address, and billing information. When you use the site, we automatically collect technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location — used to secure the site, prevent fraud, and improve the experience.
We use your data to fulfil orders, send order updates and customer service emails, operate and improve the site, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send newsletters you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We share only what is necessary with service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), email providers (transactional email), and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
The site uses essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features may stop working if you do.
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal compliance (typically 7 years). Account data is kept until you request deletion, after which we remove it except where retention is legally required.
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK-GDPR, PDPA and others), you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict our processing of your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].

We stand behind the products we ship. Because research peptides are cold-chain, reconstitution-sensitive biologicals, returns are handled carefully.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is not what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — including any shipping you paid — at no cost to you.
For safety and sterility reasons, opened vials, vials that have been reconstituted, or vials whose cold chain has been broken after leaving our warehouse cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
Before your order has been dispatched, you may cancel for a full refund by emailing [email protected]. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible; refused or undelivered packages are refunded minus shipping costs on return to our warehouse.
Packages that are refused at customs or returned to us as undelivered are refunded for the product amount only; outbound and return shipping are deducted. You are responsible for ensuring import is lawful in your country.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
